Niki Allen

Chief Information Technology & Operations Officer, Boeing

Prior to Boeing, Niki led the architectural system design, application development, deployment, and integration for Marketing and Merchandising Technologies at Kohl’s. In addition, Niki owned Data Platform & Analytics across the Enterprise and served as a key transformational change agent and champion to enable Kohl's Technology transition to a product-centric software development organization.


Prior to joining Kohl’s, Niki spent nearly 20 years leading information technology at The Boeing Company. In her most recent role at Boeing, she served as the Vice President and Program Manager of the Boeing Second Century Enterprise Systems Transformation Program. As the VP/PM Niki was responsible for the system design, integration, governance, and global deployment of leading-edge enterprise technology platforms. In this role, Niki led the digital technology transformation for enterprise systems and applications to enable operational excellence and enhance the global employee experience across the Boeing Company.


Niki began her career at Boeing in 2001. Since then, she has worked as a technical program leader across several defense programs including the US Navy F/A-18 super hornet program, the Homeland Security Secure Border Initiative, Naval Electronic & Information Solutions, and Whitehouse Secure Mobile platforms. Her portfolio of program experience represents multiple customer segments to include the United States Department of Defense, Homeland Security, United States Intelligence Agencies, and Foreign Military Defense.


As a servant leader, Niki is the Executive Advisory Board Member at SIU Carbondale where she recently helped launch an advanced analytics degree specialization as part of the SIUC College of Business. She is also a strong promoter of diversity and inclusion and participates in several external technical organizations such as TMCF, NSBE, and the Women’s Leadership Forum. She most recently joined the Chief as a founding member of the local Washington DC Chapter. Her focus on STEM and community outreach consists of development and recruitment sponsorship for Black Engineer of the Year, National Society of Black Engineers, Grace Hopper, and Women of Color in Technology. Her efforts in STEM were nationally recognized by Women of Color as a New Media Leader of the Year in October 2015. Niki is also a member of the prestigious Executive Leadership Council. She holds an Executive MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
