Cathy Kiliper

Ms. Kiliper is an Executive Search Consultant at Encore Leadership Advisors. She is an executive recruiter with extensive industry experience in Fortune 500 companies and global retained search firms.  Ms. Kiliper is skilled in recruiting senior-level talent within consumer products and services companies across multiple functions, including C-suite management, merchandising, product development, inventory management, finance, and supply chain. She has a track record of sourcing and hiring executives who align with company values, culture, and strategic objectives.

At Ross Stores, a leading off-price retailer, Ms. Kiliper served as Vice President, Executive Recruitment. In this role, she placed senior-level executives, significantly contributing to the company's growth initiatives.  Previously, Ms. Kiliper held leadership positions at Heidrick & Struggles and L Brands, where she drove high-performing search functions and recruited top talent across diverse brands like Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, and PINK.

Ms. Kiliper brings a wealth of experience from her time at Korn Ferry as well as Heidrick & Struggles, where she launched her successful career in executive search.

Ms. Kiliper has a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Mount Holyoke College. She resides in New York City.
