Faith Cornelius is an Executive Search Consultant for Encore Leadership Advisors.  She has an extensive corporate background in Digital/Software Sales and Recruiting. Ms. Cornelius has a specialization in recruiting diverse candidates and ensuring equity and inclusion in all of the searches she leads. She is a dynamic leader in recruiting and business development. With a proven track record spanning 20 years, she has consistently exceeded targets and fostered strategic partnerships. Known for a keen eye in talent acquisition, she has played a pivotal role in building high-performing teams across diverse industries. Ms.Cornelius combines a passion for connecting top-tier talent with innovative business solutions, driving growth and success. Ms. Cornelius is an esteemed member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is an active member of the Chicago Alumnae Chapter in Chicago, where she serves as Co-Chair of the Leadership Committee. She believes in giving back to society and has provided free training and workshops to help marginalized candidates compete in today's economy. In 2020, Ms. Cornelius launched her podcast "Faith Over Everything", which is geared toward relative topics that help, encourage, and inspire listeners.

Ms. Cornelius has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Tennessee State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. She resides in the Chicago area.
