Jim Prince

Jim Prince is an Executive Search Consultant at Encore Leadership Advisors. He has 20+ years of experience in sales and management. Mr. Prince has held executive positions and led regional to national teams of 500+ and $400M in sales. Mr. Prince also owned and operated an office in the building maintenance industry, that served commercial properties in the Philadelphia area. His greatest passion is making a difference in the lives of others, including helping children and families in need.

Mr. Prince is a Military Veteran, having served 6 years in active duty in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of Benedictine University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and currently resides in the Philadelphia area.
