Lesley Engling

Lesley Engling is the Executive Assistant to Frank Clark and Christine Baranowski at Encore Leadership Advisors.

Prior to joining the Encore Leadership Advisors team, Ms. Engling previously worked with the recruiting teams at United Airlines and T-Mobile. During her tenure at United, she held various roles within recruiting. She coordinated college recruiting efforts, recruited for IT and Engineering positions, and conducted behavioral interviews for Airport Operations roles at O'Hare. At T-Mobile, she supported recruitment for retail store sales and management. 

Ms. Engling is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Marketing. She resides in the Chicago area with her family.
