Michael Baublit

Mr. Baublit is a Senior Advisor for Encore Leadership Advisors. With over twenty-five years of leadership roles in Healthcare and Financial Services gained from Fortune 100 companies such as UnitedHealth Group and USAA, Mr. Baublit has extensive experience setting strategic direction and leading execution to drive significant growth and improve experiences. Throughout his professional journey, he has crafted enterprise market and customer strategies, developed multi-year growth and experience portfolios, and spearheaded cross-functional teams to achieve favorable results and deliver meaningful outcomes. 

Presently, Mr. Baublit advises companies on Customer Experience initiatives aiming to cultivate tailored and meaningful solutions for customers/patients, fostering growth, engagement, satisfaction, and stronger connections. Additional areas of specialty include organizational development, talent identification and growth, culture transformation, integrations and turnarounds, building brand loyalty, and large-scale business and technology solutions. 

Mr. Baublit is deeply committed to giving back. He devotes time to mentoring and is actively involved with various charitable and needs-based organizations. Additionally, he has lent his expertise to several Boards of Directors, such as the American Red Cross and The Y, further demonstrating his dedication to giving back to the community.

Mr. Baublit earned a business degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word. He and his wife, Angela, are proud parents of two amazing children. On the weekends, they divide and conquer, spending time between competitive cheer competitions and travel baseball tournaments. Mr. Baublit and his family reside in the Greater Orlando area.
