Rick Todd

Rick Todd is an Executive Search Consultant at Encore Leadership Advisors. Mr. Todd has managed, trained, and provided recruiting and talent acquisition solutions for international, national, and regional organizations for over 30 years within Enterprise/Commercial, Federal and SLED markets.

In 2014, Mr. Todd founded 22nd Century Recruiting. 22nd Century Recruiting is a full-service talent acquisition and consulting company that assists clients with searches in Executive-level Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Senior Sales throughout the United States and Canada. Clients include private and public companies in the areas of business intelligence, analytics, software, consulting, DX, information technology & business services as well as finance and accounting. 

Prior to recruiting, Mr. Todd had a successful career in professional production and stage theatre management working with the State Theatres of Virginia & Georgia, as well as The Bijou in Tennessee. He is a graduate of Winthrop University with a B.A. in Theatre and is married to his wife of 30 years with 2 children.
