Ty West

Ty West is an Executive Search Consultant at Encore Leadership Advisors. Mr. West is an experienced recruiter who has studied, consulted for, and partnered with some of the world’s most innovative startups, non-profits, and established organizations across industries and roles. Before joining the Encore Leadership Advisors team, Mr. West recruited for True, a globally retained executive search firm.

Mr. West is a Vanderbilt University graduate with a BS in Human & Organizational Development, a BA in Medicine, Health, & Society, and a minor in Business. He resides in the Northwest Arkansas area.
